After trying different jobs, I became motivated to work for myself. My previous occupations left me feeling unfulfilled, but everything changed when my partner and I welcomed our first child. I realized I didn't want to leave them to work outside the home. It was a tough realization and even harder to turn that dream into reality, but I'm grateful for the journey it's taken me on.

Cleaning was always my backup plan when other jobs didn't work out. I started with a few cleaning gigs and gradually added more. It kept me busy but not overwhelmed, and for that, I am thankful. When we found out we were expecting our second child, I knew I didn’t want to let my clients down by stepping away. I hired someone to help with the work while I focused on caring for the baby, and that decision became a turning point for growth.

I eventually expanded our services from Havelock to Peterborough, where many of my existing clients were located. I left the person I hired to take care of our Peterborough clients while I focused on building the new location. Since then, we've continued to grow, and I feel incredibly grateful for the trust our clients place in us and the team that helps make it all possible.

Today, we work with a dedicated team of seasonal subcontractors, full-time, and part-time employees who share our commitment to quality and care. All our staff have access to a flexible schedule, allowing us to maintain a positive, supportive work environment. We treat our team like family and work together to create a culture where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

This journey has been both exciting and nerve-wracking, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm deeply thankful for the opportunity to run this business, support my family, and work alongside a team that shares our values and vision for the future.
